Liz graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has practiced pilates for many years and prior to becoming a physiotherapist she was head sports trainer at the local old boys football club. Her passion for women’s health and interest in sports led her to private practice specialising for the past three years in prenatal and postnatal care along with educating and guiding mothers throughout the childbearing years.

After recovering from a few sports injuries herself Liz strongly believes that building the basic foundations of the body well is the key to success. An exercise-based approach to rehabilitation, focussing on postural awareness and strengthening your deep abdominals and pelvic floor is the best way to ease aches and pains and return to what you love doing.
