Meet Our Team

Our intention at Domain Health is to guide and empower, in order for individuals to achieve a state of optimal health and wellbeing.

Physiotherapy

Chris Jellis

Director and Physiotherapist

I believe that people need to be given the right tools, education and leadership to take control of their health. I teach people how movement should feel and offer a holistic framework to address their needs. With a specialty in biomechanical assessment and diagnosis, I treat everyone from the elite sportsperson to the local retirement village. Everyone is welcome at Domain Health and we hope to see you in the clinic soon!

Brigid Jellis

Director and Physiotherapist

I am passionate about the human body and movement form. I will educate all my clients about their amazing bodies and give them all the tools possible to reach their potential and maximise energy levels. Domain Health is a place that is incredibly inviting and welcoming of each and every individual, through our staff, and community.

Olivia Hosken

Physiotherapist and Women’s Health Specialist

I use my clinical expertise in injury management, biomechanical assessment, and rehabilitation with a strong Pilates focus to create optimal, beautiful movement. I want you to feel the same desire and love I feel for movement, and carry that on in your own health and wellness journey. I am passionate about Women’s Health Physiotherapy and helping women through pregnancy, the post-partum period, and progressing through motherhood.

Laura Cook

Physiotherapist

Originally from beautiful New Zealand, I am a lover of the outdoors, nourishing the body through movement, and helping others discover a healthier self both inside and out. Building strong relationships with patients not only ensures comprehensive treatment for long-term injury prevention, but peace of mind within a rejuvenating, restorative experience. I am passionate about cancer rehabilitation and aim to inspire and encourage those undergoing or post treatment to regain confidence, strength, and optimise quality of life.  Having completed the PINC cancer certification course, I am hoping to further focus on this sector and would love to connect with anyone affected by cancer.

Neth Kudagama

Aged Care Physiotherapist

Neth Kudagama graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science & Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in 2018. Despite entering physiotherapy due a keen interest in human anatomy & sport, an eye-opening clinical placement in geriatric evaluation management saw him alter his career pathway. Following a patient centred model of care, Neth understands the importance of listening to each resident’s individual care needs and thoroughly enjoys his work in contracted aged care facilities across Melbourne.

Monique Cornelisse

Aged Care Physiotherapist

Monique graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2016. Since graduating, Monique has worked in both aged care and community rehabilitation. Monique has a strong interest in rehabilitation and has worked with clients with complex neurological presentations including acquired brain injuries, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, chronic pain and trauma. She particularly enjoys using functional based therapy to empower clients to gain greater independence in their lives.

Zoe Komp

Physiotherapist

I graduated from La Trobe University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. I currently work within multiple clinical settings, including aged care, private, and community. I believe that every individual has the right to be actively involved in their care, therefore, it is important that they are given the necessary tools in order to effectively manage their injuries.

Myotherapy

Myotherapy, Staff, Team

Melissa Pereira

Myotherapist

Melissa has a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) from Southern School of Natural Therapies. This is the highest qualification within the discipline of Myotherapy. Prior to becoming a Myotherapist, Melissa completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and Physiology and has practiced in various clinics in Melbourne. She has a structural and gentle functional treatment approach suitable for all ages and a diverse range of musculoskeletal complaints.

Dietetics

Olivia Morrison

Dietician

I believe in approaching nutrition holistically. Everyone has a relationship with food – it can be your best friend, your worst enemy or maybe a bit of both. But what’s important to remember is that good nutrition is so much more than what you read on the scales. I want everyone to feel happy and comfortable in their own skin, and am passionate about empowering individuals to make positive, sustainable dietary changes by understanding food and nutrition, getting back to basics by incorporating mindful eating techniques and decoding health fads.

Occupational Therapy

Aziza Raziuddin

Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist, I’m passionate about educating and advocating for all my clients to achieve their greatest sense of independence. Regardless of the setting, I want to help people get back to the activities they love, whether it’s after a physical or psychological impairment. It’s such a varied profession, and that’s why I love it – no two days are the same!

Ben has a special interest in treating and managing cognitive disorders and enjoys providing genuine patient-centred care to help the residents gain functional independence and improve overall quality of life.

Ebony Dwyer

Osteopath

I graduated from RMIT in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science/ Applied Science (Osteopathy). Osteopathy appealed to me because of its holistic approach, I love having the skills, knowledge and resources to optimise the way a body functions and having the ability to prevent, manage and reduce a person’s pain. I have always wanted a career that helps people and I have found just that working for Domain Health in Aged Care.
